We strive to continuously improve and upgrade our SendQuick products in order to meet the changing needs of our customers.
Please note that the SendQuick product models and serial number patterns listed below will reach End-of-Life (EOL) on 30 June 2027.

What Will Happen When Your Model Has Reached EOL?
When a model has reached EOL, you can continue using it and we will still provide the required technical support. However, the support will be limited by parts availability and there will be no new patch releases after the EOL date.
What Can You Do to Avoid Service Disruption After EOL?
To minimise the risk of service disruption and maintain continued supportability, we recommend planning a hardware refresh and upgrading to the latest SendQuick appliance models before the EOL date.
Depending on your existing model and deployment requirements, upgrading may provide benefits such as:
- Improved system performance and reliability.
- Enhanced cybersecurity hardening aligned with CIS security recommendations.
- Stronger security controls and management capabilities.
- Support for newer encryption standards and protocols.
- Improved reporting, monitoring, and administration features.
- Access to additional functionality and bundled features available on newer platforms.
- Continued access to software updates, security patches, new features, and future platform enhancements.
For selected upgrade programmes, customers may also be eligible for optional bundled enhancements, such as Phone Book functionality and MIM channels (Whatsapp, Telegram, MS Teams etc).
