We want to assure you that all SendQuick systems are ready for 4G and can support 4G modems.
In summary, if you are currently using 3G modems, you will need to upgrade to 4G modems to ensure your business services are not disrupted when the telcos retire their 3G services.
If you need a modem, patch upgrade or even a SIM card, please reach out to us by filling in the form. However, do make the change early to avoid last-minute rush and potential system downtime.

Currently, SendQuick appliances do not support 5G, as the 5G network is not completely rolled out. We will definitely inform and support all our customers when the 5G network is fully ready.
First, you will need to check if your appliance has already EOL. You may need to upgrade your appliance as well.

You have to convert before 31 August 2024. We do advise all our customers to convert to 4G early. This also ensures no disruption to your business services.
We cannot guarantee your 4G modem will work with SendQuick appliance, as it may be a model that we have not tested yet. Also, we do not support any modem issue that may arise from a unit that is not bought from us. Therefore, it is best to get your 4G modem from us to ensure proper technical support for your SendQuick system.
